First Day of School-2011

School started Thursday August 18, 2011
Chase started 1st grade!
Here we are ready to go!
(BTW the shoes are quite classy but were too tight.
I hoped they would 'stretch' and be okay
but when he tripped all the way down the hall
to his classroom
I decided that I had better take him some shoes that fit)

First grade has begun!!!

pretty good for a 2 year old...

I didn't get a picture of Abby before she left, but she started her sophomore year at Jenks High.  She was all excited to be with her friends and she is happy with her classes and teachers.  She has joined the Jenks Swim Team and is kinda apprehensive about this.  She will start Seminary this Tuesday and so between Seminary starting at 5:35 am and Swim practice ending at 4 pm it will be a very busy day.  Which is good...

Sam is in Alabama.  He decided that he wanted to graduate with his 2 best friends, Wess Hess and Kent Fellows.  So he moved to Madison, is living with his big sister Alisha and going to school at Bob Jones High.  He also is trying out for the swim team and is going to early morning Seminary. He tells me school is going well and he is happy. So....so far so good but I kinda miss the fellow...

Lacey is back at work.  She is teaching SOAR again this year.  She starts OSU on Tuesday and is taking 3 classes.  This year will hopefully be a tad bit easier this year than last year...she is on the downhill slide!

Lexi starts school tomorrow.  She continues to work at the Gap and will be 'nannying' a 4 month old a couple of times a week. 

And that is our life now that school has started!
